Do I have to white-label this or show clients a portal?
No — plenty of agencies use Pingtastic purely as an internal ops tool to watch every client site and cron job from one dashboard, with no client-facing portal at all. Branding and client portals are there if you want to resell monitoring as a line item, but they're entirely optional.
Do clients ever see the Pingtastic name?
Only if you choose to share a portal with them. If you do, client-facing portals use your logo, your color, and (on the Pro plan) your own domain — Pingtastic never appears in front of your clients.
How many clients can I run on one plan?
